Our Pediatricians are credentialed and contracted with most major medical insurance companies and accept most insurance and also see self-pay patients.

At Chantilly Pediatrics, we believe that access to quality pediatric healthcare should be seamless and worry-free for parents. We accept a wide range of insurance plans to ensure that children receive the care they deserve. Here’s what you need to know about insurance at our clinic:

Accepted Insurance Plans:

We are pleased to accept a variety of insurance plans, including but not limited to:

  • Private insurance providers
  • Medicaid
  • Medicare
  • Tricare
  • And many more

Our goal is to work with as many insurance providers as possible to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients and their families. We understand that navigating the world of insurance can be complex, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.

Out-of-Network Considerations:

While we strive to be in-network with most major insurance plans, we understand that some families may have out-of-network coverage. If your insurance is out of network with our clinic, rest assured that we will do our best to assist you in maximizing your benefits. Our experienced staff can help you understand the implications and any potential additional costs associated with out-of-network services.

Co-Payments and Deductibles:

Co-payments and deductibles can vary depending on your insurance plan. Our knowledgeable team will help you understand your specific financial responsibilities, whether they are due at the time of the appointment or if they will be billed later.

Verification and Pre-Authorization:

For certain services or procedures, it may be necessary to verify your insurance coverage or obtain pre-authorization. We will guide you through this process and work closely with your insurance provider to ensure timely approvals.

Billing Process:

Our billing process is designed to be as transparent and straightforward as possible. We will bill your insurance provider directly, and you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) detailing the services provided and any associated costs. If you have any questions about a bill or insurance claim, our dedicated billing department is available to assist you.

Financial Assistance and Payment Plans:

We understand that not all families have comprehensive insurance coverage. If you are uninsured or underinsured, please inquire about our financial assistance programs and flexible payment plans. Our commitment to providing exceptional care extends to ensuring that healthcare is accessible to all children.
